The add-on adds two new usergroup permission:


Create Conversation/DM: Min Post Count - the number of posts needed for users to send a new DM
Reply to Conversation/DM: Min Post Count - the number of posts needed for users to reply to an existing DM
View Conversation/DM: Min Post Count - the number of posts needed for users to view a DM
Conversation/DM Count Quota - total number of active DMs a user can have in their inbox.
Can contact admin or moderator - if enabled, the restrictions above...
