Banned User Conversation Access
Allow banned users to access the conversations area of the site. Whether or not a user can send/receive conversations is still controlled by their normal user permissions.
You can install this add-on by using [TH] Install and Upgrade, installing it manually, or ZIP Upload (XenForo 2.1. and higher).
