How to use:
Go to User group permissions and select the Administrative user group. Find the Email users add-on and set Yes to View.
Set options in the Email users options page.
Create a CSV file called emails.csv in appropriate directory on your server. This file should be above your DOCUMENT_ROOT so that it is not viewable from a browser. The CVS file should contain email addresses of the members you want to send emails to.
Add 'emailusers' to your forum URL.
Confirm users that will receive an email and click the Send emails link.
