Set cookie Name and Value in Options page.
Set User group permissions. Typically you set Yes to the Premium user group.

A: Yes. The next time they login or view the forum list their cookie will be deleted if no longer a premium members.
Q: How long will the cookie last?
A: For one year. However if the member is no longer a premium member the cookie will be deleted when they login or view the forum list.
