Allows question threads and votes from [TH] Question and Answer Forums for XenForo 2.1 to be imported into the default question thread system in XenForo 2.2.

How to use:
Disable [TH] Question and Answer Forums (Do not uninstall as that will remove any associated data)
Upgrade to XenForo 2.2
Install [TH] Question and Answer Forums Importer
In your admin panel navigate to Tools -> Import data and select "[TH] Question and Answer Forums"
Select the content types you want to import question threads from, then follow the steps
After verifying that everything imported correctly you can uninstall both [TH] Question and Answer Forums as well as [TH] Question and Answer Forums Importer
