Check boxes
Drop down selection

Creating the optional widget:
Admin Control Panel -> Appearance -> Widgets
Widget definition = Member search
Widget key = member_search
Title = (leave blank)
Display in positions = (select where you want to display)
Click Save.

A: No.
Q: My custom user field is not showing in the options page.
A: Make sure when configuring the custom user field, the "Viewable on profile pages" checkbox is checked.
